Sustainable Kidney Care

Working together for sustainable, high quality care for kidney patients

Welcome to the Sustainable Kidney Care Resource Hub

The Sustainable Kidney Care Resource Hub is part of a national initiative to transform kidney care for a greener future. Led by the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare in partnership with the UK Kidney Association, the initiative is designed to help kidney services meet targets set by the UKKA Sustainable Kidney Care Committee and requirements outlined in the Renal Service Transformation Programme. These resources empower kidney centres to measure, compare, and improve their environmental impact while maintaining high-quality care. Full details of the Sustainable Kidney Care project can be found here.
